Chaque personnage, masqu\u00e9 et capuchonn\u00e9, reste anonyme. Le d\u00e9coupage, fragment\u00e9 en gros plans, renforce l\u2019impression de dissociation des voix et des corps. Les iden-tit\u00e9s peuvent y \u00eatre interchang\u00e9es&#160;: le lecteur emprunte l\u2019identit\u00e9 du personnage d\u2019un roman en m\u00eame temps que l\u2019\u0153uvre elle-m\u00eame emprunte la voix de son lecteur. Cette image est prolong\u00e9e par la voix off r\u00e9currente qui \u00e9voque les fant\u00f4mes \u00e9mergents de la Mer du temps perdu (Gabriel Garcia Marquez) poss\u00e9dant les vivants pour refaire surface. Les textes, parfois surr\u00e9alistes et puissamment \u00e9vocateurs, entrent en r\u00e9sonance avec les situations v\u00e9cues par les prisonniers. Les histoires de naufrages, de proc\u00e8s, de fant\u00f4mes sont autant de points de r\u00e9miniscences qui lib\u00e8rent la parole. Les voix lisent, racontent, r\u00e9pondent, d\u00e9battent, ou se rompent dans un sanglot.
