Night Upon Kepler 452b

Night Upon Kepler 452b

Ben Voit

In Berlin, at night, glittering, colourful and fleeting glimmers of light rise from the darkness, reality seems blurred. As if emerging from a dream, the team of a “winter bus” is on its way. Their mission : to rescue the homeless during Berlin’s icy winter. The harshness of their work and the living conditions of people sleeping on the streets are confronted by the radio announcement of the discovery of Kepler star 452b – “the most hospitable of all the exoplanets discovered in our galaxy”. A promise when here the battle seems endless. (Babette Dieu)
